ǼLEX PARTNER MRS FUNKE ADEKOYA AT THE SEMINAR ON REVIEWING REFORMS TO THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT REGIME AND TO THE INVESTOR-STATE DISPUTE SETTLEMENT MECHANISM

Mrs Funke Adekoya SAN, participated in the Seminar on Reviewing Reforms to the International Investment Regime and to the Investor-State Dispute Settlement Mechanism. It was held at Arusha, Tanzania, from 19-21 November 2018, and it was sponsored by the Foreign Ministry of the People’s Republic of China.

The focus of this event was on reviewing reforms to the international investment regime and to the investor-state dispute settlement mechanism. It was jointly organized by the African Institute of International Law (AIIL) and the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO).
