Sina is a Partner in the Energy, Environment, and Corporate/Commercial Practice Groups of AELEX. He has advised on structuring joint venture arrangements for oil exploration and acquisition of upstream assets. He has also advised, drafted and negotiated various upstream agreements including drilling contracts, oil terminal agreements and crude lifting agreements.
He has been involved in advising governments, multinational oil companies and project developers on diverse contractual regulatory and policy issues.

Michael Somorin is the General Counsel of the Sahara Group and in this capacity he provides legal leadership for the group’s businesses across the globe. Prior to joining Sahara in 2020 he spent 16 years with Shell where he worked in a variety of legal and commercial roles and was the Commercial Lead for the Assa North Project, the largest domestic gas project in Nigeria. Ngozi is a Partner at Aelex- one of the foremost law firms in Nigeria and West Africa. She has over 12 years’ experience in Dispute Resolution (Litigation, Commercial Arbitration and Mediation) and significant experience in Corporate Commercial (Project Finance and Regulatory Compliance) practice areas.
