‘SOJI AWOGBADE, THE AFROCHAMPIONS OPPOSE POSTPONEMENT OF AFCFTA TAKE OFF DATE

The 1 July 2020 take off date for the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) was recently postponed. Prior to the announcement by the AfCFTA’s Secretary General, some stakeholders had voiced their concerns about the decision.

In this update, we highlight ‘Soji Awogbade and the AfroChampions Initiative’s stance in opposition to the postponement of the take off date.
