SEC APPOINTS ǼLEX PARTNER, DAVIDSON OTURU, TO FINTECH COMMITTEE ON CAPITAL MARKETS

ǼLEX is proud to announce that one of its partners, Davidson Oturu , has been appointed by the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to the committee tasked with setting up a roadmap for the implementation of FinTech in the Nigerian capital market. While inaugurating the Committee during the 3rd Quarter Capital Markets Committee (CMC) meeting in Lagos on Wednesday 14th November 2018, the Acting Director General of SEC, Ms. Mary Uduk, expressed the need for the Nigerian capital market to transit towards a technology-driven one as is obtainable in other economies.
