The National Judicial Council (NJC) on 4 May 2020 released a Circular addressed to all Heads of Courts/Judicial Bodies, Federal and State Judiciaries.
The Circular was issued following the Guidelines issued by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 for the phased easing of the lockdown.

The Circular includes recommendations on how the Courts could leverage on Technology to hold virtual sittings or remote hearings.
