Following the spread of the coronavirus in Nigeria and in Ghana where we have our offices, the respective governments have directed that office facilities be closed and employees have been mandated to stay at home.
Consequently, and with the health and safety of our staff and clients being paramount, we have closed our offices and our staff will be working remotely as we navigate these challenging times.
We would like to assure you that regardless of the closure of our physical office premises, our staff would remain responsive and we remain committed to providing our clients with effective services even as we have implemented various measures to ensure that we are able to communicate with our clients through emails, calls, video/teleconferencing and other means of communication.
Our switchboard will remain open so if you require any assistance during this period, please feel free to get in touch with your usual AELEX contacts, whose details are provided in the link here: Alternatively, you may mail us at urgent@aelex.com.
Thank you for your understanding during these trying times even as we look forward to the end of the pandemic and the return to normalcy over the next few weeks.
