On 29th April 2020, the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court released a circular on remote hearing in the Federal High Court.
In the circular, the Chief Judge warned against sudden applications of remote hearing by Zoom Technology or other variants to conduct proceedings in the Federal High Court.
According to the Chief Judge, all Judges must wait for the National Judicial Council’s uniform approach, which is currently under consideration.
