Kofoworola Bamgbose is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Energy & Natural Resources and Regulatory Compliance Practice Groups. In 2017, Kofo returned from an 18-month secondment to Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC). During her secondment at SPDC, she was involved with the development (drafting and negotiation) of diverse contracts which were relevant to the effective operations of the company.
