ǼLEX supports Child Life Line as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility

As part of its corporate social responsibility towards the community, ǼLEX supports Child Life Line. Child Life Line is a voluntary, non-profit-making and charitable association catering for children in need. It opened its first residential rehabilitation centre for street children in November, 1995 in facilities loaned to it by the Lagos State Government at the Boys Remand Home in Oregun, Lagos State. It has since moved to its own property at Ibeshe in Ikorodu local Government, Lagos State. Today, the Home has its own facilities including a boarding house, kitchen, a dining hall and two semi-detached staff quarters. The children at the Home either go to school or learn a trade. Several of them have done well academically and are currently in tertiary institutions. Some of the children have also gone on to become independent craftsmen like tailors, motor mechanics, artists etc. Child Life Line will be having a fund raising dinner on Saturday 2nd June 2018 at the Weatbaker Hotel, Ikoyi. Let us support the children and give them a brighter future.
