ǼLEX SENIOR ASSOCIATE PERENAMI MOMODU TO SPEAK ON THE EXPECTED INSOLVENCY REFORMS IN THE COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS (REPEAL AND RE-ENACTMENT) BILL AT THE EBES FOCUS GROUP SESSION.

Senior Associate Perenami Momodu from our Insolvency Practice will be delivering a presentation at the Focus Group Session of The Enabling Business Environment Secretariat (EBES). Her presentation will focus on the expected insolvency reforms in the Companies and Allied Matters (Repeal and Re-enactment) Bill.

This event is set to hold on the 7th of March 2019 in Victoria Island, Lagos Nigeria.
Respondents will provide updates and discuss reforms being undertaken in the new reform cycle. There will also be reporting on Resolving Insolvency reforms for Nigeria as World Bank Contributors this year.
