At the PEBEC Awards ceremony held at the Presidential Villa yesterday 3rd April, 2019, ǼLEX received an award for its contribution towards capacity building in the 2018 ease of doing business reforms in Nigeria. The recipients of individual awards for their contributions were Olanipekun Orewale (Partner) and Perenami Momodu (Senior Associate) who were also instrumental in drafting the insolvency provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act Amendment Bill.
