ǼLEX was established in 2004 through a merger with the Ghana practice of Anga & Emuwa. It is a full service firm with offices in Accra.

The suite of services includes financing and leasing transactions for onshore/off shore oil and gas, banking, telecommunications and aviation assets, We draft, negotiate and review petroleum agreements and provide guidance on health, safety and environment issues. Our expertise also covers regulatory and governance issues, not limited to foreign exchange transactions, immigration regulations and formalities. The Dispute Resolution practice group undertakes issues including corporate and commercial claims arising from transactions. We provide full arbitration services as well as representation of clients in the various courts.
