Dapo is a member of the Dispute Resolution Division of the firm. He was appointed a Notary Public in 2006. He has about 19 years experience in commercial litigation and corporate dispute resolution. He has practised extensively before all the superior courts of record in Nigeria. He advises clients from around the world on direct or portfolio foreign investment and legal issues relating to insolvency, receivership and corporate liquidation. He also represents international flag carriers in matters ranging from passenger, cargo and baggage claims to insurance disputes. He also renders financial advisory services to international financial and lending institutions, commercial and merchant banks leasing companies, insurance companies, investment companies and other financial institutions.
