Zulei’s main practice areas are:  Corporate & Commercial, Infrastructure Development, Intellectual Property, Company Secretarial, Energy & Natural Resources and Maritime & Shipping Law.

She is presently advising the promoter of the first private deep sea port in Nigeria on issues relating to the setting up and development of the port in a free zone in Nigeria. This has involved the conduct of a legal due diligence for the project, advise on public private partnerships (PPP) options and project structure with the Nigerian Ports Authority; drafting and review of the resultant Concession Agreement, Substitution Agreement, Subscription and Shareholders Agreement, negotiations with relevant public authorities and assistance in obtaining required consents and permits.

She also advises on NAFDAC, trademark, patent and industrial design registrations in Nigeria.
